Terms of use

0cto (“the desk”) is an independent, watch-only intelligence tool for Robinhood Chain. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Robinhood Chain” is used here only as the name of the public blockchain this software reads. All trade marks belong to their owners.

By using the desk you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

Everything the desk shows — prices, risk grades, liquidity depth, holder clusters, narratives, agent commentary — is information, not a recommendation. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything.

Risk grades are produced from bytecode capabilities, pool depth and holder concentration by an automated process. A good grade is not a safety guarantee and a bad one is not an accusation. Model output can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Verify before you act on anything here, and never act on it with money you cannot afford to lose.

• It never asks for a seed phrase or a private key, and it cannot. Signing in is an EIP-191 message signature, which cannot move funds.
• Trading is paper only. The book starts at a virtual $10,000 and no order is ever routed to a venue. Quotes are priced against live Uniswap v4 pools; fills are simulated.
• Automations are watch-only reminders. They never sign, submit or execute anything.
• The token launch designer does not deploy. That button is disabled.
• The one transaction the desk ever asks you to sign is the $0CTO payment for a repo hunt, and your wallet shows you that transfer before you approve it.

A hunt costs 10,000 $0CTO, paid per scan to the treasury address, and runs on GLM-5.3 against a public GitHub repository.

• Only scan repositories you own or are authorised to test. Running a hunt against someone else’s code without permission may be unlawful where you are. That is your responsibility, not the desk’s.
• A hunt report is automated output. It is not a substitute for a professional security audit or a live penetration test, it does not test a running system, and it will both miss real problems and report ones that are not.
• If a paid hunt cannot get GLM-5.3 capacity within the wait limit, or fails partway with no usable coverage, the charge is refunded. The obligation is recorded in a ledger the moment it arises, whether or not the automatic refund succeeds.
• Payments are final except as described above. There is no other refund.

$0CTO is a utility token used to gate features and price hunts. It is not a security, a share, or an investment product, it carries no claim on anything, and nothing here is a promise of value, liquidity, or future development.

Do not:

• attempt to bypass the token gate, the rate limits, or the payment check;
• automate access in a way that degrades the service for others, or resell access to the model capacity behind it;
• use the desk where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

Access is metered per account and per connection, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

The desk is provided “as is”, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It depends on a blockchain node, third-party model providers and public market data, any of which can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Figures labelled “24h” may cover a shorter window on a recently started desk; the desk says so where it can.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the desk. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the desk after a change means accepting it.
